Real Estate Home Inspection

All Before You Buy Real Estate Inspections are performed in accordance with NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) Standards of Practice. All inspections are objective, with no conflict of interest or hidden agendas. Before You Buy Real Estate Inspections will not enter into any contract to fix problems that are reported in the inspection.

Every residential home inspection is performed by a professional, Certified Home Inspector. Upon completion of the home inspection, you, the customer, will receive an in-depth written report that lists the findings of the inspector. Areas of concern will be clearly indicated within the report to allow you to evaluate the total condition of the property at the time of the inspection.

A typical home inspection may take two to three hours to complete. A Before You Buy Real Estate Inspections Agreement must be signed by the customer prior to the inspection, and payment for the inspection is due at the time the report is submitted to the customer.

Condominium and townhouse inspections will not include a report of the structure, roof, foundation, garage, patios, driveways or walkways, as these types of items are generally the responsibility of the condominium association. However all other items listed below are included in the condominium inspection.
